I’m a man from Bowling Green Kentucky United States, born in 1979.

My goals are: Right now it is just to accomplish the goal of running more than a 10K. My ultimate goal is to run a marathon and possibly run in a Tri. But baby steps right?

My other favorite activities include: I enjoy soccer and Volleyball.

Until I was about 20 I was always short and a very small frame. I graduated high school and was around 140lbs. Two years later I had grown to 220lbs. I have not been around or under that since then, so I guess that is part of the motivation as well.
